I’ve been their clients for over 10 years since I was a child. I remember that I always came out of their place with a lot of joy. They are very caring and willing to give whatever they have to make sure you are fine and happy. Went there recently during holiday season and still impressed of their speed of service. Receptionists are nice and patience too. Glad that I’ve encountered this place since very beginning.

Very professional and friendly. However ... if you are in the market for hearing aids, you can save thousands of dollars by going to Costco. I purchased a pair for $1600 at Costco which included a 180 day trial period. If you don't like them for any reason, return them for a full refund. Miracle Ear has no such trial period and costs four times as much.

I had what I thought was a problem. They looked at ear piece and imediatly discovered there was some ear wax at the part that is put in my ear canal. After cleaning it off it worked as before.

Soyez vigilant! On vous téléphone pour vous dire que votre aide auditive a un an et qu'elle doit être vérifiée et que vous devez prendre un rendez-vous. Ce n'est qu'une fois sur place que l'on vous informe qu'il y'a des frais de 35$ à chaque visite pour faire la vérification de votre aide auditive ou vous pouvez acheter pour 50$ un plan d'entretien qui couvre ces visites et vous donne droit à des escompte sur l'achat de pile. Une arnaque, Le manufacturier assure vos aides auditives pour deux ans (C'est la loi) et la régie de l'assurance maladie à un programme de réparation des aides auditives si elles deviennent défectueuses. Les personnes admissibles au programme ont droit à la réparation de leurs aides auditives, y compris celles qui leur appartiennent en propre (c'est-à-dire des aides auditives qui n'ont pas été payées par la Régie mais achetées) Soyez vigilant!
