They are super nice . Karen is the receptionist there and she is awesome greeter Also Kirsten Park is a speech therapist who works there is really good too and always has a trick with kids to teach them how they pronounce and how they talk fluently . highly Recommended

I have been getting my hearing aids at Echo Hearing for several years. they always fit me with the most current aids available. When I have questions or problems with the aids, they are always quick to respond and resolve any issues. I'll be going back when it's time to upgrade my hearing aids.

We got hearing aids for my mother, who was in the nursing home. They made such as difference in her quality of life. We, her family, and the staff that cared for her could finally communicate with her. It especially made a difference in her final days. I can't say enough abut the caring and professional specialists at Wise Hearing Solutions!!! A+++

Very welcoming place. First experience with Echo was to repair hearing aids. Theresa helped me with issues over a relatively long period of time. Finally decided that new pair was needed and she guided me to some Starkeys that I have used for a couple of years with great success. I miss seeing Theresa, Kay and Nancy. Five stars. Just outstanding. Responsive. Well informed. Good communication. Up-to-date tech. Dr. Julie Bier is a genuine pleasure to deal with and her help in my case has already made a difference in my work, which at times involves lots of voices in noisy environments. As hearing loss is a fairly recent development in my life I had a thousand questions. She was patient, informed and extremely helpful at every turn.

J'ai fait faire des bouchons en silicone pour dormir. J'ai dû faire refaire le bouchon de droite qui tombait constamment. Après avoir été refait, il faisait mal parce qu'il était trop épais. Je suis retourné pour le faire refaire (sous garantie encore). Le Groupe Forget l'a simplement sablé. Après quelques temps, en raison du "vide" entre le bouchon et l'oreille là où il avait été sablé, il tombait lui aussi. Lorsque je suis retourné, mes bouchons n'étaient plus sous garantie. Seul point positif, l'audioprothésiste était gentille. Globalement vraiment déçu d'avoir payé 200$ pour un service d'après-vente tout à fait décevant, surtout qu'à chaque fois, je devais prendre une heure de ma journée pour aller au Groupe Forget.
