My experience was excellent at listen up before the change but I find that it is now closed often when I am in town. I live in a small community outside of town and with limited transportation find it hard to get there when it is open. I need my hearing aids checked because they are not working very well and must find a way to get there.

Got hearing test done they are a lot of money for a senior 3 thousand dollars especially on a old age pension with paying rent and having a car it was to expensive at this time for me.

The staff here was "STELLAR" ..... I had all of my hearing apparatus and accessories STOLEN IN A HOME INVASION! ! I was increabilibly lucky that I opted for a 3 year warranty on my equipment ! Personally I have been with Connnect Hearing, I believe my first set well over 10 years ago. I love the ones that left ear is blue incoulor and the right ear is red in coulor, also the mold tthat they take of the inside of your allow them to make your new piece to fit so well it's a 100% guaranteed for comfort. Your new aids also have blue tooth built in to allow you to have hands free device so you don't have to worry about driving and talking no more missed calls because of not being able to hear your phone or because your driving and and forgot your hands free set at home. Wearing your new aids are truly made for a precise fit for 100% perfect hearing with a volume button so you control your volume you have control for different settings. Made an appointment to come in and see them after being told they have a free hearing aid trial period . Turns out they lied no such free trial period . Asked for a copy of my hearing test results was told it was 200 hundred dollars for that for a piece of paper . Any other place I went and asked for the results they gave them to me at no charge. Stay away from this place go elsewhere you would be better off.
