Hearing Aid

I am an out of town daughter and was concerned about my elderly father making an appointment on his own. Every time I talked with my folks, they only had WONDERFUL things to say about both Scott and Doug. From the 1st appointment with Scott to many appointments after to assist my dad in finally figuring out how to put the hearing aids in himself. Thank you so much for all your kindness, patience and understanding. It is wonderful to talk to Dad and he can finally hear!!

Both Karen and Patrick were very kind and helpful. Patrick took the time to explain the hearing lose and how the hearing aids work. He was kind enough to let me try a pair on loan. The care and attention everyone in the office took with my Mom was fantastic! And no high pressure sales. From the hearing test, explaining the results, waiting a few weeks until she was ready to decide that she would get hearing aids, then getting them fitted, making sure she was comfortable taking them on and off, and ensuring that she had the best possible start to her new life with hearing aids - I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Very nice and easy hearing test

I've been wearing hearing aids for over forty years, and I have found Connect Hearing in Chilliwack to be awesome! They do not nickel and dime you and they conveniently get you in when it works for you. The staff are very friendly and work to keep your hearing aids running effectively for as long as possible, as I have had my current pair for about six years now.

I have experienced a hearing loss for many years. I feel very fortunate to have been working with Hearing Health Clinic. Libbie Shell is very educated and has a great understanding of hearing loss. Recently I purchased new hearing aids and realize the importance of explaining to Libbie what I am experiencing and the great feature of being able to program my hearing aids to best assist my hearing loss. I am a very happy and fortunate patient to receive the individual care. I enjoy working with all staff members. I have recommended Hearing Health Clinic to many family and friends and all have been grateful for the care they have received.
