I stopped in to have my hearing aids looked at. I didn't have an appointment but I was taken care of and left happily being able to hear again ! Staff is great.

Purchased my hearing aides here back in January 2018. Needed a little adjustment. Knowledgeable audiologist. Nice staff. Clean and tidy office.

Got my hearing aids 3 years ago and am very happy

My grandpa lives up in warren, and I accompanied him to his appt. The staff was friendly, and the Dr was very thorough. They took their time to make sure all was understood.

I have had 4 hearing aids go bad in a year. Three times I had to wait 5 to 7 days for it to be replaced under warranty. Once they replaced it the same day after i complained to someone higher up. This has made the local doc/rep to get mad at me. When I spend $3400.00 I expect better service than that! They also charged me $400.00 for an extended warranty without explaining it or asking me about it. But the aids keep breaking. Almost glad I got that extended warranty if they die 4 times per year. Pay a little extra and buy from a company that takes care of their customers and does not make them wait a week when an aid dies. And hopefully the one you choose has a better track record

The staff is wonderful and friendly. Professionalism is A-1. I am accommodated quickly and follow up is done when expected.

Kellie is a very knowledgeable professional who did an excellent job of diagnosing my complex hearing issues. The devices she recommended have solved my problems, not the least of which is having my spouse repeat nearly everything she said to me! I couldn't be happier with the service. My previous hearing aids, supplied by ENT doctor, had been poorly fitted to my problems. I never thought I would hear this well in my "declining years"!
