Hearing Aid

I am so fortunate to have found the George Iwanow Hearing Aid Center and Dr. Boikov and his staff. Dr. Boikov's clear, nonpersuasive, professional demeanor was paramount in fitting me with devices that afford me the hearing I never thought I would have again.

I was on hold on the phone for over 25 minutes. The recording did not tell me the store hours and that it was closed! Inexcusable!!!!!! A business which closes should have an after hours message. The message I heard said. "Please wait a representative will be with you shortly! " No excuse for non changing the answering system after hours. Mr. Binson', who found the stores 53 years ago, I memorized that from the recording, would be rolling in his grave if he knew how his potential clients, especially in this communication age are mislead!

Staff was very helpful. Great friendly atmosphere.

I was so impressed by Dr. Hinderliter and her staff that I brought my father as a new patient. Dr. Hinderliter spends the time with her patients to educate them about hearing and how to help them with hearing loss.

Very nice people who take time with you and make you feel comfortable. As a first time user of a hearing aid they explained things and answered all my questions.
