Kellie is a very knowledgeable professional who did an excellent job of diagnosing my complex hearing issues. I find Bob to be very professional, patient and helpful. He certainly comes across to me as being very interested in me having success using my hearing aids. I really like the way Bob explains things and he's always interested in my feedback from using the hearing aids. And I'm quite happy with the actual hearing aids that I purchased. You will be quite satisfied if you come to Bob with your hearing problems. And his receptionist is pleasant and helpful too.
