I am new to Greenville, South Carolina and am very pleased with the service I have received from Davis Audiology. Maggie Robinson never seems rushed when I have an appointment with her and patiently educates me and answers all of my questions in detail. The office is aesthetically pleasing and feels very warm and inviting. Wait time is minimal and the receptionists are very cordial. With my new hearing aids I receive a lifetime supply of batteries and complimentary visits to the office.

I told them that I was using them to get the hearing because they were in our insurance network. They said they only filed insurance for the doctors but not hearing aid. Not one time in all the times I repeated this did they tell me the hearing aid area was not associated with the doctors there. Nor did they tel me that they were not connected to any insurance. They slipped a piece a paper in with the loan to buy the hearing aids as my 84 year old husband was signing them stating they were not connected. Do not use this place.
