Hello everyone , Just please don't go there. I've called for an appointment and described the exams that i had to get and asked how much money i have to bringand she told me that was free, at the end she asked me 50 plus for PRINTING the report ... As well they didnt updated the hours in google so i had to wait one hr because they take a lunch break between 12 and 1,as well they treated me as a poor bastard when i didnt had the money on me to pay.... Cheers

The audiologist, Winnie Wong, is highly attentive and takes her time with a patient; on her first appointment, my mother had her condition very thoroughly explained and all her questions answered to her satisfaction. Ms. Wong capably speaks English and Cantonese (likely other languages as well), and she is very adept at explaining in layman's terms. I have personally sat in on one of my mother's appointments for calibration of her hearing aids and I felt that Ms. Wong was very genial and mostly very supportive.

One of my friends recommended this place to me while I was desperately looking for someone to take a look at my hearing aids as one of them stopped working. I visited them two times for different issues with my h-aids to see if they can help me out! Both times, about a month and a half, apart they send them back to the manufacturer and got them repaired free of charge. I only had to pay a very small amount of money to the offic here for the fantastic service they provided. All the people who work in that office are nice and make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Hearing Aid HealthCare to anyone who is thinking of buying a set of hearing aids or getting them repaired. You will be impressed with the the quality of service they provide!

Took my wife to Sonus hearing aid center. Where the old Advance hearing usecto be. The staff of Sonus were fantastic and gave my wife an excellent test. She has tinnitus in one ear and has been needed a new hearing aid with a masking device in it. The technology has advanced light years from her twelve year old device. The discounts were real the time and care they took was not rushed. Took the gold package for my wife with the masking technology. We recommend this office and staff highly. G. Hunt

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a problem while visiting friends in PD. Kathy took care of me even though I didn't have an appointment and she was pretty busy. All of the patients seemed to really enjoy the office and were telling me about how nice and knowledgeable the staff is. I would highly recommend Vasquez Hearing to anyone!

Excellent service! Winnie and her staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They made the otherwise boring experience of ear testing and hearing aid selection very enjoyable. They really care.

Very kind and polite receptionist. My doctor was 10 min behind the schedule and she was so apologetic and gave me a small coffee gift card. Actual appointment went very smooth as well, she explained well and took time to listen and discuss my concern.

Hi Mandy, I just want to drop you a note to express how grateful I am that you talked me into purchasing the latest generation of hearing aids. I first thought it was not necessary but my wife convinced me to go forward....What a difference both in direct hearing as well as within noisy venues. I had the last hearing aids for five years...5 years to long as far as I am concerned. I would also commend your office in the after purchase customer care. As a company you are in thew business of selling your productr but what sets one company from another is the ongoing customer care and your asssociates are incredibly helpful and have taken "immediate" care of any problems or adjustments as necessitated, which I am very thankful for. I will definetly recommend your services to any friends that might in conversation say "what is that you said?" or "can you speak a little louder" as a frustrated me USED to do .
