my experience with pacific hearing care has been excellent, every time, in everyway. this is a real quality business. they go the extra mile to be sure the customer is satisfied and that every question or need is addressed. having never needed hearing aids before i had some apprehension before my appointment. i listened and watched carefully and asked alot of questions. i had complete confidence in PHC after my initial appointment and have continued to have complete confidence in them. i have had my hearing aids about a year. i am very pleased with the service and care i have received from PHC. i would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

A friend of mine went to Dr. Meghan Mueller-Schultz for her hearing aids, and I was amazed at how small they were. She highly recommended Dr. Meghan. My friend had me try out her hearing aid while we were at lunch, and I could definitely hear a difference! I went to see Dr. Meghan and found I had hearing loss at the higher frequencies. Dr. Meghan recommended a certain type of hearing aid, and I was thrilled that that partivular model came with rechargeable batteries! I love my hearing aids, and I enjoy my visits with Dr. Meghan. She is very personable, and caring.

Stephanie is in no hurry and explains everything well. I have been to a number of audiologists and she is by far the best! I am well-satisfied!

This Doctor is so great at her job and so kind. She solved my hearing problems and for the first time in my life I can hear everything normal. I never knew what I was missing. I can hear when I make phone calls, which was always such a nightmare for me before. Because I couldn't hear what people were saying during phone calls, I was so limited in life and would get so frustrated. Since my teenage years, I accepted a constant high frequency ringing in my ears that had been diagnosed as tinnitus. Despite my reluctance to use a hearing aid, Dr. Aviles patiently educated me on the current hearing aid technology and how it would "mask" the constant ear ringing. It was abundantly clear she maintained a wealth of current knowledge of various types of hearing aids, the price range, and the pros and cons for each aid. (I never felt she was trying to sell me a specific hearing aid.) My questions were clearly answered with sensitivity and concern. I now have a hearing aid that can be configured with my iPhone. Dr. Aviles downloaded and set up the iPhone app on my iPhone and taught me how to use it. A few issues I had after wearing the aid were professionally addressed. As a result of Dr. Aviles patience and knowledge of current technology, I want to wear my hearing aids and most importantly I don't have to listen to that constant ringing in my ears. Thank you Dr. Aviles!

Went for aVA service connected disability upgrade. Dr officer would not release any information to me concerning the examination. I was seen 15 minutes after my appointment time because the person before me was late. Staff were nice and helpful.

I highly recommend this business The owner Anabel arrived with the newest high tech testing and adjusting equipment and recommended the right hearing aid for me at a reasonable price, adjusted it perfectly and I can hear much better than with my old hearing aid. The follow up free maintenance service is impeccable.
