Very little good came of my first experience purchasing hearing aids. I went to another audiologist and they finally adjusted them correctly and removed the horrible feedback I had been dealing with for years. I went numerous times to have them adjusted at Mountain View and she could not correct them. I believe they were just turned down to where I still struggled to hear. It was disappointing for such a large purchase.
