Superb audiologist. My ear was blocked. They explained everything to me. Showed me what my ear looked in the inside and what they were going to so. Within minutes my ear was unblocked. Seriously worth the visit. Highly recommended.

Great app is like the way it helps you to get somewhere

A friend came here to buy some hearing aid accessories for her aunt who lives in another country. It seems to have the info or the right equipment and accessories for those with hearing difficulties and the customer advisor's info was informative and worth looking into. I've never looked at this place twice before and until the friend went there I didn't know what kind of a shop it was! The exterior of the building looks like an information/advice centre so when I went inside I was surprised to find it was a specialist shop selling hearing aids!! I remember it wasn't like a high street shop full of hearing accessories and products but it seems like it provides a good service for those with hearing difficulties. She also believes in value for money products so it's somewhere I'd go if I needed that kind of 'accessory'!!

I never had my hearing tested b4 I got to look into a machine, which looked inside my ear Wow. Glad to say my hearing is ok but they gave me some good advice on how to keep it TICKETY BOO😁😁I'm pleased I went..

I went into boots to book a hearing test I am only 21 however I have noticed my hearing isn’t the best, the lady singled me out asking how old I am and that they don’t normally do hearing tests for my age and ‘ well is there a problem with your hearing?’ this was in front of everyone in the store and really embarrassed me everyone was listening as she raised her voice and the whole shop was quite, i left and didn’t book a appointment as I felt she was rude and unprofessional , I will not be going in there again .

I first got in touch with Regain Hearing at an event in a hotel in Deal. I have found there expert advice first class and was supplied with a make that would help me with my musical interests. I also needed ear wax removal which was done with great expertise and care. If you visit there Eltham premises you are made to feel very welcome with a cup of tea or coffee and all staff are very friendly and helpful. If you prefere they will come to you rather than you having to travel to Eltham. All in all an excellent friendly service with great after care. They have now opened a branch in Broadstairs, Kent.
