I got in real easy and found out I’ve probably had a hearing deficit my whole life. Dena was really helpful and Rachelle made it very easy to make appointments.

They do a great job for what a person needs.

Best doctors and staff for eye issues I have ever visited. Caring and dont try to sell you on needless surgeries or procedures. Reminds of how healthcare was practiced 20 years ago only with high tech tools.

The Hearing specialist Marianne Hogge who works there is very RUDE and grumpy. My hearing aid remote control had been working perfectly until she adjusted my hearing aid program. It stops giving indicating sound when turning on/off. I went back to see her right away. She said "Why did you try to turn off your hearing aid? I told you to leave it on and wear it as much as you can!" What kind of attitude is that? She shows no respect to the customers! Then she said " I don't know. I didn't touch it! The computer says it's normal. If you wanna send it back to the manufacturer, you have to pay $86 as you warranty is expired!" It is the first time I was there, and the whole experience was absolutely Horrible!!!
