Hearing Aid

April is amazing. She takes time to explain things and makes the patients feel very comfortable.

Horrible customer service, rude , crass, and more interested in getting paid than supplying a good customer experience. The only reason it isn't lower is it not an option. Avoid this business, go to any other hearing aid supplier and save yourself the aggravation. My in laws went here , they are octogenarians , kind , loving, respectful folks. The technician not only talked bad about their former doctor that had moved and forced them to search out a new provider.He made adjustments to my MIL device , for the worse and then tore them the device up to order a part. He rudely turned them away on their appointment date saying , without looking at them , back turned and refusing to deal with them. Did not even ask their name, just terse and rude. My FIL spoke of him and this man has never uttered a foul word in my presence in 37 years, called him a SOB. When you make a man mad enough to call you this you have done something truly bad.

Very nice visit. They did a very good interview before discussing or looking at any of the hearing aids to determine what might work best for me. No high pressure sales seemed genuinely concerned that they match me up the proper equipment. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Butler and Michelle Grimes have treated me for multiple ENT issues, both have a gentle touch and a kind manner. It is also one of the best run practices i've ever seen !

Two days ago we had our AC go out due to being of old age, this was in middle of June! I called around to find someone, anyone that would come and fix it, everyone was full or didn't answer. I got a hold of Ishtel HVAC and he said his schedule was packed, but he would come to look at as soon as possible. He came after his normal work day was over just to try and help me out. He stayed late and replaced my AC so the next day it wouldn't be 100 degrees in the office. I highly recommend Ishtel HVAC, they do good honest work.

I am new to the area and realized I needed hearing aids after many years of not admitting this. I wanted to be active in my new community and all the things going on. I heard of Zounds through a mailing and boy I’m happy I did. What great people, they explained things to me and worked with me until I could hear and understand much better. I am now not afraid to go to all sorts of activities, because now I can hear what is being said and I can enjoy talking with people again and not worry that I don’t understand what they are asking. I have been a patient at this location for three years. No problems with the equipment for those three years. I had worn hearing aids from another company previously and they were in the repair shop more than they were in my ears. Amber and Bonnie are very professional and caring and are a pleasure to be associated with.

Great service and prices. Has audiologist and well trained technicians. Complete with sound booth for testing and fitting.
