Hearing Aid

I am so happy with my hearing aids, I did not think that I needed them, but all my family kept telling me that I did. Megan Howell took time to explain to me the tests she was giving me, and then time to explain the results. Megan Howell also gave me options that were were available. When I returned for the fitting, I could not believe the different sounds I had been missing on my drive home. She also explained in detail how to wear them. When I returned she was able in a few minutes; using her computer make adjustments which gave me control of volume and mute; which she also explained in detail. Every one in the center are just a helpful to me. I highly recommend anyone who thinks they may have a hearing loss to go there.

I recently got a new hearing aid through RK Audiology and am loving it so far. Alison was my audiologist and she was awesome - she helped identified what I was looking for in the new aid, made some recommendations and when the order came in, really took her time to program the new aid, to make sure I was happy with what I was hearing. I think this has to be the first time I've walked out happy with the programming on a new hearing aid (I've a severe/profound hearing loss). Thank you, thank you!
