Chris at NexGen has gone well above and beyond the norms for customer service while getting me set up with my BAHA Ponto. I cannot recommend him, and NexGen enough!

Luigi provided excellent and professional service. I have been to other, less qualified hearing specialists and received poor advice that seemed aimed at selling me expensive hearing aids. Luigi's service is more about giving sound professional advice based on real hearing science. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend a visit to NHC if you have ANY concerns about your hearing...I was very pleased ,not just by their service BUT by the way they take time to explain the whys and hows of hearing issues.
