Hearing Aid

I have had my Oticon devices from Anderson Audiology for about a year now and want a difference. I needed to have an adjustment made and I called on short notice and was able to get right away. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The staff is always outstanding and I highly recommend their excellent service.

Put this off for years, finally got an offer for a free screening and my wife convinced me to go in. I called and could not believe how nice & polite the whole staff was, no hard sell. went through the testing and fitting. Hearing again is amazing. I can't say enough good things about these folks.

I was amazed how my hearing has improved. My conversations on conference calls is much clearer. The device is extremely easy to wear. I can hear my wife talk to me without saying "huh".

I took my father in this past week, and he got the help he was needing to improve his hearing. John really cares about his patients and took care of my father needes and the lady in the front Esther treated us very well, over the phone answered our questions and was very attentive during the appointment. I just got my first pair of hearing aids just last week. I was apprehensive, as just about everyone I knew that had them either didn't wear them, or complained about them. They should have gone to Miracle Ear in Cedar Hill. I can't imagine someone not loving them if they are programmed correctly and fitted correctly. From the minute you arrive, Jessica is so friendly and outgoing, which sets the tone for the rest of your appointment. The audiologist, Paul, tested my hearing and explained everything to me about my hearing loss. He then made recommendations on what he thought would be best for me. He programmed them perfectly the first time. I was astounded at the sounds I was hearing. I knew immediately that I wasn't leaving there without ordering my first pair. I love the rechargeable ability so you don't have to worry about batteries. All in all, it was a totally positive experience, and I would highly recommend them if you are in need of hearing aids.

Nathan is very thorough. His attention to my auditory needs made me feel like he truly cared to find a way to improve my hearing. Laura was extremely knowledgeable about my insurance coverage and helped make my visit a successful experience.
