Great staff!

Really love this place. My husband and I went in to get our hearing checked. The new technology is amazing!!! From the receptionist to the doctor, very friendly and professional. It can be kind of scary not knowing what you will go through to have this done, but they really put you at ease and it was very comfortable and pain free!!! Your hearing is very important, so I recommend everyone to make an appointment as soon as possible. To all the ladies out there: your husbands may be in denial that he has hearing loss, mine certainly Is, even though we found out he has moderate hearing loss, but it's for their own good to have their hearing checked. I plan to take mine back in about 6 months to see about a hearing aid. I'll let the news soak in first😊

Super awesome team. Handled my hearings aids repair like a pro with no ifs and buts delivered with perfection! Nice staff and very business like and did the job with very few spoken words. When I queried with questions to be sure, they said yes yes and yes! Highly recommend this team!

Beltone provided excellent service for my father’s hearing aids. This was the first time he required the equipment and Beltone Victoria did a wonderful job answering his questions and teaching him how to use his hearing aids equipment. Scott personally followed up with our insurance when we had problems processing our claim. He relentlessly pushed them to make sure the errors were fixed for over 9 months! We are very grateful for all the support and service we received from Beltone. We are very happy we found them and highly recommend them as our preferred hearing aids solutions provider.

They are wonderful. I saw them for my hearing loss then went back to the audiologist for my kids as well. They are great fir the whole family, whether you hear them at first or not.

Spent three years trying to get hearing problems resolved. Am not satisfied the the results. One aid broke as it was being removed. The Audiologist said it appeared a dog had been chewing on it. I inspected the aid under high magnification. There were no markings in it. What I did find was a very thin area in the plastic mold. This is where the aid broke. After three years I found that there was a function that I paid for was missing. The audiologist agreed to fix the problem. Then he claimed the aid was out of warrantee. I used the aid for three years without a function that I paid for in the initial purchase. Would not recommend this place of business.

Donald is a joy to work with and I so appreciate the time and effort that he extends in helping to get me the best hearing aid experience! His office is so well run and everyone is so courteous and genuinely interested in assisting you! Can’t say enough good things!

I have been a customer at Hearing Aid Express for 2 years. Service has been excellent. Initial purchase price of hearing aids was much less expensive than other providers. Followup service has been free of charge. Jason McNeely has been exceptionally helpful in making minor adjustments to ensure an optimum hearing experience. I have been very pleased with the service received and would gladly recommend them.

Connect Hearing in Kingwood is fantastic. I’ve been wearing hearing aids for 8 years and have been to several different places, and this place is tops in service and products. Hands down, Doris Stanisic is the best specialist in the business.
