I would recommend Dr. Martin to people that have a mild hearing loss. I was born with a severe hearing loss and dealt with hearing aids/audiologists my whole life. Never met anyone more incompetent as Dr. Martin. She does not know anything about Phonak hearing aids and warranty practice is terrible.
