The staff was very kind and helpful in tending to my mom's hearing problem.The staff carefully removed wax buildup and patiently suggested devices to aid her hearing. 😃

I’ve needed hearing aids for 10 years now. I’ve had two previous fittings to help improve my hearing loss with not much improvement overall. Marylyn is the first audiologist to correctly test and fit me with new hearing aids, using the right equipment and techniques to evaluate my current prescription. I was impressed mostly with the time she took at my initial appointment, never rushing or hurrying to get everything done, trying to get it right. I also appreciated her quick responses to my email questions and concerns. She is friendly and very personable , and you can immediately tell she loves her business and respects her client’s needs. My new blue tooth aids are great and for the first time “programmed correctly “, using a technology called “ Speech Mapping “ that enables her to match the sounds my aids are hearing in real time, in my ears, to my new prescription. Mike could not have been more compassionate and concerned about my 87 years old Mother's hearing problem. He was more concerned about providing her the best solution for her hearing problem than selling her a pair of hearing aids.
