Jim Harris is a knowledgeable and competent hearing specialist. I have had nothing but good experiences working with him.

Never got to see Dr. Armstrong. I was rescheduled THREE separate times because his nurses can't keep his calendar straight. So I found a different ENT doctor (who is wonderful) and then canceled my appointment with Dr. Armstrong. I JUST got a call that I missed my appointment with them and would be charged for it. I spoke very strongly to a young woman in the scheduling department and told them basically that they are all incompetent. If you are ACTUALLY trying to see an ENT in a timely manner, and don't want to deal with incompetent folks that can't keep a calendar, then I suggest you call a different doctor than Dr. Armstrong.

Hearing at Home Mobile Hearing Center is the best. I am a Nurse Practitioner for two busy Assisted Living facilities in the Fredericksburg area and they take great care of our patients. They are professional, courteous, considerate, and timely. They follow up and even have helped our patients get hearing aid replacements or repaired their hearing aids with little to no out of pocket to the patients. I cannot stress what a great job they do for my patients and families!

Dr Tomlinson is awesome! Very personable, empathetic, and kind. She has the patient's best interest at heart. The front desk staff is amazingly caring. Great experience!

Nice place to go to. You will be treated well. They understand what you need and try to get you fitted with the right equipment. Would like to see them do an email on line just in case you can't talk on the phone.

My girlfriend was concerned that I might have hearing loss, so we invited Jimmy Stewart of Hearing at Home to my house to test my hearing. Jimmy was great and it was very comfortable and convenient to do the testing at home and on my schedule. Jimmy determined that my hearing is very good - no need for hearing aids! But he noticed a condition that should be checked by a doctor to prevent hearing problems in the future. He also gave me tips on how to handle the hearing fatigue that I may be encountering since I am on conference calls all day for work. And all this for no charge! I was impressed by the company's expertise, integrity, and honesty and recommend them to others who are curious about ways to improve or protect their hearing.

Wonderful staff, great docs; friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. great place to go. Dr. Liptak is da bomb.
