Very nice and knowledge. They answered all my questions and help me get the prefect hearing aids. I'm very happy.

Have had hearing aids for more than 30 years. After evaluation and adjustments of my old hearing aid by Dr Littman my hearing improved more that 100 percent. My severe hearing loss has now changed to good hearing! My husband, grandchildren, friends and I are most pleased and grateful for what Dr Littman has done! Linda Ojemann

The team is kind and helpful. The Dr Kingman is knowledgeable, kind and very supportive. I find that the staff to be very warm and patient centric and appreciate their impeccable level of service.

Such a wonderful and very thorough appointment. We strongly recommend Dr. Nilsson. She took the time to not just “test” my hearing but met with my husband and I together in order to reach resolutions to everyday hearing issues. We never felt rushed, she was extremely personable which left us feeling comfortable and her being truly heartfelt and professional. We did not feel she was looking to “sell” anything rather find solutions to enhance our everyday communication, ( hearing ) one another as we get older ! No devices were needed and she was just as happy as we were, with her findings. We were referred to her via our Military Health Care provider ( Tri Care ) and they truly hit home with choosing her as their recommended provider when we can’t be seen at NHB.

I got to know and use this location when seeking solutions for my husbands work related hearing loss- I feel like we got lucky when we found Sound Associates. It can be a long process to initiate and seek a claim with L&I. I felt very informed and supported every step of the way. Shawn Utigard is an absolute gem when it comes to making sure you have the right answers for your hearing solutions. I walked away from every encounter we had with him feeling hopeful and looking forward. My husband has been using the resulting hearing aids for a few months now, and they have improved so much in our lives. Shawn knew they would; I think that's why it matters so much to him. Anyone dealing with hearing loss- as the patient or the plus one- knows how much it impacts your lives- it's your communication! I really believe I found our very best solution, and I'm grateful to Shawn and Sound Associates for their professionalism and the personal touch.
