These guys can't get anything right - scheduling, ordering, repairs, nothing. We've gone around and around so many times trying to get the hearing aids right, all pieces included, and they don't know what we're talking about with ear molds, etc. It's crazy that they can't figure out how a hearing aid works at the HEARING CENTER.

All the staff are amazing. Dr's obviously really "know their stuff", which isn't always the case! They are so caring and compassionate and take as much time as needed to be sure their patients are not only educated on hearing aid care but can preform the required care - an area my elderly mother had difficulty with. We highly recommend them!

This place is horrible. The office staff are always so rude, and never compassionate. The wait time for an appointment is usually 2-3 weeks. I waited 8 weeks for my first appointment, even with a referral from Urgent Care and a painful condition. The office staff (especially the women answering the phone!) have a lot to learn regarding insurance, and frequently don’t know what they are talking about. I will say the medical assistants I’ve interacted with were nice and professional. Dr Johnson is a nice enough guy, but I frequently (every visit) had to remind him why I was there. He could never remember. I also had ear surgery, and they kept us waiting for 3 hours past the supposed “scheduled” start time. Not cool, especially when you are starving, nervous, and the clock is ticking on when you need to pick your kids up...and again Dr Johnson needed reminding WHY I was having the surgery in the first place. My most recent interaction began with an extremely rude, cold, and misinformed receptionist. It ended with me transferring care to Bellingham ENT. If you are considering Cascade ENT, just DON’T.

The Starkey hearing aid is very durable and very good. The service is customer service is very good .

I've known Kristine for 14 years and I'm always astonished at her ready smile and knowledge of the latest and best hearing aids. She is totally present and sincerely concerned for her patients. She is unique and a most compassionate and lovely human being!

Everything went smoothly getting hearing aids for my mother. Ann Plotnick was a gem to work with. She came to Ridge View Rehabilitation Skilled Nursing Center where my mother had to stay after her hospital visit to bring her strength up. After my mother saw Ann for a hearing test and decided she wanted to get the hearing aids. Ann came directly to her for a fitting. Once they were completed and ready to be picked up she offered to come to our house or we come in the office. We did chose the office but it was nice to know that she could come to us. I'm sure that is a good practice for clients who can't leave their homes. The whole transaction went smoothly. I would recommend anyone who needs hearing aids for their loves ones or friends to come to your establishment. Again thank you Ann for all your help. Cathy and Kateri

My Husband Ian, has been SOOOOO amazing assisted by the Dr. here, over past year. He is extremely courteous, kind, acts with patience, entertaining, and most of all - consistently available to assist Ian with fine &, technically tuning (over lengthy time frames) his new/first hearing aids. After 3 years of efforts to find a clinician (and assistive advocate), Michael's is EXACTLY where you should go!!!! Fully a 5+ star business and family Team. We are impressed, as well as thankful.
