Having Ryan work on our housing project was a great experience - it was an involved process for us, and we've been immensely satisfied with the final outcome. Ultimately, you get what you pay for and we'd seek him out in a heartbeat for any future renovations or projects.

Hi dane, i've been trying to get ahold of you for WEEKS but you never pick up your phone or answer texts. Last time we talked (march 22) you said "out of town till sunday. i'll touch base with you when i get back" i havent received one call back since then.

Just completed my purchase with Greene Homes, and despite the negative reviews below, I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences thus far. Starting with the PDI, Melissa and Derek gave me a thorough tour through the home, showing me all the new and high efficiency features of the home. I'm a new home owner and I appreciated the time that they took to make sure that I knew how to care for the home, and get the most out of everything. They provided me with a maintenance and inspection calendar, along with some 'fine swag' (Mugs) that made it feel like they were aiming to impress. I had the home inspected as well, and very minor things were picked up, but overall the home received top grades from the Home inspectors who were impressed with everything in the new build. Also, I've had several tradesmen come by who have commented on the high quality of the installation with the plumbing, gas lines, and ventilation. Anytime I've contacted Greene Homes, they have gotten back to me right away, and have been very helpful. I'll update as I go along in the ownership process, as I still have my 30 days warranty inspection(I just moved in) but I felt the need to post this as there seems to be some negative reviews dragging down what I feel has been a great experience with the builder so far.

Purchased a house last November from Caraco in the new Woodhaven development. Overall I was happy with the construction. 11.5 months later they started to sod the backyard. I am very unhappy with how it turned out. The slope on the back yard makes it unusable. There is 7 inches of slope over 4 feet. Two doors down on the Tamarack homes they have 3 inches over 4 feet. This unnecessary slope will make the yard unsafe for a trampoline or swingset for my kids. I believe this information should have been disclosed prior to me purchasing the property.
