Built a new home for us in 2008. They used sub standard plumbers to install the plumbing ( I am sure to save money) had a number of issues with the plumbing. Had to pay a good plumber to repair. Brick work on outside of fireplace was not done properly. Some of the closet doors where not hung. Place was turned over to us not cleaned up inside. Our house is in Petrolia and it was like he was too busy at other builds to really care what was going on at our house. Would NOT recommend this builder

Outstanding company. Great people, who take pride in their work. It is always a pleasure to work with them!

If you value your money do not buy here. My yard is a swamp and they will NOT take care of it. Buyer beware.

In Windsor the sod is still not laid at phase 1 which was completed over 2 years ago and the backyard is not even graded properly. The development looks like a wasteland. The roads are always a mess & one of the brothers loves to stir up huge clouds of dust speeding around in his truck. Never get a notice when outside work will be done on the units like the driveway ( which took almost 2 years to get laid). My impression is that they are more interested in profit than customer satisfaction otherwise they would subcontract some of the work. I don’t think Toronto would stand for it but Windsor is, well,.... Windsor.

Very unhappy with the work we had done recently, quality of work is very very pour, customer service is horrible Over priced and highly wouldn't recommend. I feel bad for the people that don't know anything about carpentry, because they'll try to do anything and everything to slip something by you
