Re; BRAEBURY HOMES (KINGSTON SITE) Just wanted to give a thumbs up for Scott Bennett (Realty Source Inc, Brokerage) and the Builder Braebury Homes he represents out in Kingston. We had helped our Son and his fiancée purchase a house out there and being out of the market for so long in home purchasing, it was ALL new to us once again. Scott, was totally helpful in providing us with direction, keen insights, keeping us updated and following up on ALL Messaging in due time. Never had to chase them for info etc. It was an always a quick email to note us he was on it or would get back to us. Truly a professional, a very approachable and timetabled individual. I have told my family on several occasions that we lucked out meeting and working with Scott. As with the Builder Braebury as you can expect there are minor hiccups here and there...but they are actively involved in all issues, providing good resolutions and working towards keeping us all satisfied on our home purchase. Very satisfied and commendable team at Realty Source and Braebury for offering compensation where things fell short and once again working towards customer appreciation and satisfaction. Thank you very much for making the experience worthwhile and less stressful. Cheers! Have a great 2019 as well!
