Mauvaise expérience

M. Gaudette est venu faire une soumission chez moi en 2018 pour différents travaux dont la rénovation d'une salle de bain et la réparation d'une dépendance. On parle ici de plusieurs milliers de dollars de travaux. L'entrepreneur me dit qu'il est intéressé a effectuer les travaux et que je vais recevoir ma soumission par courriel le lendemain, ce qu'il n'a jamais fait, il ne m'a jamais contacté par téléphone et je ne l'ai jamais revu! Même scénario avec mon voisin, l'entreprise a fait une soumission pour des travaux de paysagement mais plus aucune nouvelle de Serge Gaudette! Bien bizarre façon de gérer une entreprise! CR.

En premier le produit et le prix m'on satisfait. Au niveau de l'installation travail parfait de 2 hommes et un troisième pour vérifier. Wow.

We had met with realtors prior to meeting Bill and just did not like our options or choices. So, we found Bill Superneau, Superneau Custom Homes and after great communication and showing us design options we felt this was the route to go. Bill started showing us property available in the area where our family wanted to live. Bill was great at communication with us the difference in the areas where land was available and once we made our choice the process just kept moving forward. Bill was always on top of answering our questions was on top of the paperwork process with our lender even when they needed or pushed for more paperwork, Bill would have it turned around the same day or the following day. We were worried about hitting ledge and Bill was knowledgeable of the area and was up front on our options if we were to run into ledge. We are very pleased with how it turned out. Bill came back and smoothed out the drive way after the snow and mud season was behind us. Brought his tractor out and helped move and rake. Even though our house is complete, he still is available to answer questions or fix anything that needs to be. He cares about his customers and treats them like friends. Bill is follows through every process even beyond completion to the warranty process.
