Home Builder

Nice

The man is genius that's 2hat comes to mind when you see his model homes, but what you see is not what you get which is what you discover once your home is built he will scrape the bottom of the bucket as far as contractors to build your home and when you call Doug wastell and leave a message he will never once return your call that is why he has his lackey Vince to respond to you Vince is an ex manager of the keg restaurant whis is irrelevant to warranty issues on a poorly built home !

Derrick Anderson delivers what he says. Great service and workmanship. Great in house support from Peggy.

Amazing builders. Very organized and detail-oriented. Beautiful layouts and friendly staff.

We are very happy that we hired Lockington Homes to build our dream home in the country. Ben and Kelly were fantastic to deal with throughout the whole experience. They are honest, hardworking and do what they say they will on time and on budget. Since living in our home we have been very pleased with the quality and energy efficiency ICF construction provides. If you are thinking of building with ICF you won’t be disappointed with the work of Lockington Homes!

Amazing company, very organized and helpful!!!

Hey, I worked with these guys for nearly a year, and you know you're getting quality with them as they pay their trades on time and form close relationships, and you can see this in the quality of homes! The owner is a great, friendly guy and you won't be intimidated going through the process!

After about a month in my place I can confidently say that Phillip (owner), Melanie (customer care) and Adam (foreman) have been great. In short, modern homes require multiple trades that aren't directly employed by the builder. Knowing this, perfection is unrealistic, especially on the first take. So, the mark of a great builder is not a house without flaws, but someone who is willing to correct flaws and work with you to make sure you're happy. With that in mind, everyone at Hazzard homes have been outstanding. A note for prospective buyers: have a solid idea of what you're looking for and the budget you have for upgrades. With the amount of choice Phillip gives you, it's easy to get out of hand, or frustrated with all the decision making. If you keep that in mind your building process will be much smoother.

BEST COMPANY EVER

Great place to start new family roots

We have just passed the one year mark in our new home. With exception of a couple of minor issues related to the operation of the mechanical systems dealt with immediately there have been no issues. I have been in the construction business for 55 years and was somewhat Hesitant to trust the construction to someone else, especially as we were planning to be out of the country for the major part of the build. I am pleased to say that upon our return the work was complete as promised to our specifications. I have managed and owned a number of large construction companies and know what it takes to produce quality work. Brian would be my first choice if we were to build another home in this area.

Great Experience. We built with them in 2014/2015 and were happy with the quality and the overall experience. Even a few years later, we haven't had any bad surprises! They were flexible, responsive, and willing to customize a lot of things. To this day, no one can believe that the house was delivered on time. We had a home inspection post-delivery and the inspector was pleased with everything he checked. We didn't find any major issues and the only little things Bromberg had to fix were minor and aesthetic. We dealt primarily with two individuals, one was the customer service person (Lisa) and the other was a foreman named Dave. Both were great to work with. When storms roll through our neighbourhood, many of our neighbours deal with shingles blowing off, siding coming off, etc. but none of the Bromberg homes. They all stand strong! I would build with them again.

Ok
