Home Builder

Trained Gorillas would do a much better job. The management is obscenely incompetent and the workers are completely inept. The workers walk around aimlessly and never get any project finished in a timely manner. The quality of work is horrendous. Do not buy from them, do not rent homes built by them. Awful people.

Great Developers, Quality Products.

Ocean Breeze Homes are a terrific company with a team that is helpful, innovative and creative. I recommend them for anyone who is looking to build a custom home.

Greedy execs making poor decisions. DO NOT invest your hard earned money with a company which has no regard, respect, or consideration for their consumers. Scam. Not only do they screw you over but they also provide no explanation or response to thousands of questions pouring down on them from consumers and city councillors. To the owner of this company... are you really that greedy? That's just sad. And google: stop deleting our reviews they are based in fact and (unfortunately) can be proven.

Chicasa Design went above and beyond for our basement renovation. Their highly-skilled team diligently worked in our house for 4 weeks straight without any delays or cancellations. They kept their promise and finished our project in such a short time to accomodate our busy schedules. Thank you Ali, Mo and the entire Chicasa team for your excellent work and dedication. We couldn't be happier with out new basement and would HIGHLY recommend Chicasa Design!

Our home completely changed it's look with the excellent remodeling job done by GG Markham Remodeling & Construction. We love it. This is an exeptional high quality remodeling company and we highly recommend them to all.

We recently purchased a home from Black Pearl. In searching for a new home, we had looked at a lot of homes, and saw nothing that really appealled to us ... but from the minute we entered Black Pearl's house, we just knew that this was a place that we could call home. It was a brand new build, and every aspect of the house showed quality of construction, beautiful design, and fine attention to detail. The floor plan made was amazing, and made wonderful use of the home's space. We have absolutely no complaints about our new home, The principals of Black Pearl were great to deal with, and they stand behind their homes. We feel that we received tremdous value for the home that we purchased, and cannot say enough positive things about about our experience with Black Pearl.

A wonderful team of people selling an amazing product to help combat climate change. Cannot wait to move in to my new home :)
