You'll be spending some time here if you purchased a Homes by Avi build. Pro tip: drop by during their open house hours 12-5 on a Saturday and price out all the upgrades you're thinking about. It add up quickly and you'll avoid the unpleasant surprise after you've set your budget. Spend some time on Pinterest before heading over there so you get some ideas. It'll really help guide you.

Bought my first home with Jayman. The entire experience was incredible and I would highly recommend Jayman to everyone looking to build a home. I never felt pressured to purchase with them and they took the time to go over all my questions and make sure I was comfortable with everything before purchasing. The style magic where you pick out your home details was so much fun and they really help make sure everything you pick will look nice together. My superintendent was incredible and made sure I knew what was going on with construction and went above and beyond for me and my home. He really made the whole experience comfortable because I knew he cared that my house turned out great. Like anything, there were a few hiccups but they were taken care of immediately! I have only been in my house for one month and there really are no issues besides a few minor fixes that service will take care of at my 2 month follow up. Overall I would give Jayman a 10/10 and will definitely use them in the future if I build a house again.

Nuvista is awesome. They have a great team work. Estee, the sale manager, is very friendly and respectful person. She explained and responded our questions clearly and promptly during our waiting time. Stive (hope I wrote his name correctly) and Greg are excellent and helpful. Procession date was on time. We moved in almost one month ago and everything is good so far. will report if we have more comment later. :) Nuvista deserves more than 5 stars 👍🙂

We are very satisfied with our new home. We bought house in Spruce Grove. It was beautiful experience. No problem at all. Ben Vink helped us a lot. We loved him so munch. We are recommending Sterling home. They are so professional and very good organized. Thank you Sterling home

I am a resident of redstone had a concrete issue Due to that called qualico redstone relation manager passed 3days left a message couple of times but no answer i am wondering how the management hired these kind of poor communication manners staff

After being in our Broadview built home for just over a year, our driveway looks like it has been hit with a jackhammer. Other driveways in our area do not have the same level of pitting and chipping as ours. We followed all warranty procedures that we were given at time of possession and were told that nothing would be done by either Broadview or Rolling Mix. The level of customer service after our possession date has been appalling.
