We reviewed three building companies for a major renovation to a 1970's home and Premium Renovations was our number one pick. From the start Dave Blunt's manner and integrity set him above the rest and throughout the renovation his conduct did not waiver. Dave, and the trades associated with him, were great to work with, proud of their work and highly skilled. Premium delivered a high quality renovated house that we are very proud of and enjoy everyday.

BRAVO! No other single word best describes the work of art in which my wife and I now live. Nancy and her team of subcontractors are not only highly skilled in their respective trades, but also creative and visionary in terms of the possibilities that a room or a suite presents. All of this unfolded within the confines of a reasonable budget. We think what really made this a successful result were the interpersonal relationships between us, Blair, Nancy and the Trademark team. Everything was upfront, so there were no surprises. They got to know our "tastes" (and our budget) and happily worked within those confines. Moreover, on a person-to-person basis, Blair, Nancy and the team are very fine human beings. It has been our pleasure to have met them and to have worked with Trademark.

I am an owner in this building and can say 110% that my customer service and neighbourly experience with the AU sales representatives has been nothing short of amazing. I have been present during times when these complaints have been placed (during day time hours) and the sound, nor the response from the owner of the unit have been inappropriate. The Duke is an outstanding community of people who are tight knit, partake in social events together and can call upon each other in times of need. It is disapointing that individuals do not experience the same, however I do believe the fact that someone would defame an individual in terms of their career, based on an unseemly concern speaks to their character. I would recommend living or buying in this building as it is truly the first place I have lived in Calgary I am proud to call home
