Home Builder

Building a custom home can be a daunting experience, especially when its the first time you do it. Luckily we found Gatta Homes and we can honestly say the experience far exceeded our expectations. Trust is an important element of any relationship and Kekoo and his team proved to be very trustworthy and honest, providing us with guidance when we needed it and listening to our wants and needs when it was important to us. Gatta’s commitment to quality workmanship, customer service and delivering to schedule was simply outstanding. We could not have been more pleased. Also important, when small things did go awry, and inevitably something will, they quickly resolved the issue to ‘our’ satisfaction. People make the difference in the success of complex projects. Kekoo, the entire Gatta team, including their contractor partners are truly exceptional people in what they do, and the proof is in the end result and the experience along the way.  We can, with strong conviction, recommend Kekoo and Gatta Homes for any new home build. I have the opportunity to do work for Regency Builders as a subcontractor. As a small business owner, I want to partner with local businesses that run on loyalty and quality. I can honestly say that Regency builders does exactly that. Bob truly cares about his customers and uses only the best products on the market. I've been in several new build homes and have always been impressed on the quality and attention to detail put into these homes.

We had been following Bice Builders web site for the last few years and knew this was the builder we wanted to build our bungalow when we retired. We picked the Mulberry as the bungalow for us. The layout was perfect for our needs. Any questions we had were always answered straight away using their Co-Construct app. We moved into our new home on time, on the given closing date. We would highly recommend Bice Builders for their integrity, quality and service.

Couldn't be more happy with the smooth building process and our custom home! Henry and his team, are experienced professionals and involved us in decisions but also kept things moving when bumps in the road did arise (as they often do with any build!). The team was open to all of our questions and concerns and continues to be even after we're in our home!
