It pains me to write a bad review of Stepper as their warranty service for inside the property has been first class, however, management of the landscaping is a completely different story. When we bought our house in May we were told that sod would be laid on a 'seasonal basis'. When we received the grading cert early summer the top soil was laid. We expected sod to be laid pretty soon after. The weeks passed, weeds grew in the new soil, every time it rained the soil washed out on the street, construction garbage frequently blew into our yard. Completely unusable for kids. Repeated queries as to when the sod would be laid fell on deaf ears. Fast forward to October and a broken tree was planted, the topsoil all ripped up and left in a mess during the process and still no sod... There is no excuse for this, every Genesis built house opposite ours had sod laid mid summer. I would not recommend buying a Stepper home in Bayview.

Excellent staff, super helpful! Great build quality with triple glazing as standard!!! The floor plans are 2nd to none. Trendy & practical finishes, stylish elevations. Searched a long time for our builder. Excel were a breath of fresh air!

David Litwiller and his team do an excellent job. whether it's a small bathroom renovation or a full build or a major renovation David's attention-to-detail, quality of trade and supplier choice, David always delivers an exceptional product. Have seen many many of David's projects over the years and the result is always stunning. David is very detailed individual and displays a lot of care and passion for the quality of his projects.
