It was a great home buying experience with Trico. The Sales Manager, Jordon was great; he helped and guided us on every step of the way. The selections were great at the Design Center with best Interior Designer who assisted us with our selections. The end result was a beautiful home and one satisfied customer.

This hub helps me to have a good overview of the Livingston community. Then narrow down my focus at the condo showhome, which is located right next to this hub. Very convenient to me.

We moved in at the beginning of October and are extremely happy that we chose Brookfield. We love the quality of the materials used, from the 75-gallon hot water tank and the fire suppression system, to the triple pane glass and the high-efficiency furnace. We are really impressed with the quality of the cabinets and other aesthetics, and I could go on and on. Finally, Cory and Shelley have been very responsive to our requests and the few deficiencies we've found were fixed very quickly. We received what we paid for and a whole lot more than that. Beautifully built, and for the price, I don't know where else we could have gotten quality on this scale.

These guys treat their customers and trades like family. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their dream house.

Built a house in Langdale with Pacesetter and lovin it.

Just a question to the guy with the Tub/HWT issue. How big it you Hot water tank? If it a 50gallon power direct vent, should have no issues.. You may have something simple as a broken dip tube which is a 5 dollar fix. (meaning your only heating like 10-15% of the tanks capacity). That a manufacturing issue and nothing to do with the builder. Pretty sure their standard spec is a 50 gallon tank. Is your tub custom and was it sized correctly is question # 2?
