I hired RPP Construction & Home Improvement Toronto to remodel our kitchen. The guys arrived on time and did very amazing with their work. I am so happy with how everything turned out. Good job!

We live in the beaches-area of Toronto and after meeting with a good number of contractors, we settled with Alair Homes. The relationship between the client and contractor is an important piece to help deal with any bumps along the renovation road. Luckily we didn't have any major issues and if anything, Alair Homes suggested slight alterations (to our architects plans) along the way to better suit our needs. We dealt primarily with John and Greg and both were quite easy to speak with at all hours of the day. I would start many days communicating (via text and phone calls) with Greg as early as 6am to ensure all short term and long term decisions were agreed upon. As the entire project is itemized prior to starting, it allowed my wife and I to see, dollar for dollar, where our money was being spent. It also allowed me the freedom to pick and choose the work that I wanted to do in order to save some cash. We had purchased the hardwood and exterior siding (to collect credit card points), and Alair Homes was completely okay with our plan. Greg even spent a day with me to teach me how to lay down hardwood flooring. He even leant me the floor nailer for as long as I needed it. Overall, Alair Homes was professional to the max! We will hire them in a heartbeat for any future work. Since we lived in our house during our renovation, they were extremely supportive by ensuring the doors to our two kids rooms were sealed, nails and screws picked up around the house, and were always respectful of our neighbours and their property.

We know from personal experience how hard it is in this current environment to find and retain a qualified and competent renovation contractor. This is especially true when we are dealing with an outdoor upper story project at a time of year with highly variable weather. We were fortunate indeed to secure the services of Rigo and RGM Our aim was to replace and renew a third floor deck and deteriorating roof below. This project was completed with extremely high professionalism in every aspect. RIgo and RGM came in with a master plan, design and workable budget which they executed on time exactly as intended. Beginning with demolition and roof stripping through roof replacement and new cedar deck rebuild all work was completed with minimal intrusion on us as inhabitants. All of this was made possible by Rigo's extraordinary project management skills, unrelenting personal attention to work team efforts plus his own contributions as required. Rigo kept us fully informed not only with regular reports of each day's progress but also of many important inputs about what was discovered by way of many small unexpected adjustments and changes that needed to be made along the way. All in all Rigo and RGM went far above and beyond and delivering full value for the work on this project. We would not hesitate in recommending engagement of Rigo and RGM for projects of this scale or any other.

More than one family member of mine has done work for Yuil and payment for their services was either: 1) Very hard to come by 2) Much less than previously discussed 3) Non existent In addition, on more than one occasion friends of mine were promised a budgeted price for furniture built by Yuil's company that when they went to pay for turned out to be much more than previously agreed upon. However genuinely nice his end product is, the contractor and customer experience working with this company is severely lacking.

Having reached out to request info through the website and calling to wait on hold for 15 mins I “wonder” how interested these developers are in engaging potential buyers.

Alair Homes Forest Hill just knows their stuff. They walk you through whether you want to do a renovation of a total rebuild, explaining the pros and cons with utmost patience. And once the project gets going, they are always on top of things. An experience for getting your perfect home just like you would want it to be. Highly recommended!
