They don’t give exact information

Completely unresponsive to all communication. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, no reply in over two weeks -- and their voicemail now states that it will no longer accept messages. I understand that there may be backorder, and it looks like an excellent product -- but it's impossible to complete a purchase when you can't order online and you can't reach anyone. Hoping someone from Yurta will respond! Edit: Patrick did reach out about a week after this review and was very helpful on the phone. However, the promised followup materials to complete an order never arrived in my email after our conversation. Great people with a great product, but the logistics need to be improved!

Google prompted me to write a google review and I'm not quite sure what to review...it's a housing development. My in laws live here and I like them, so 4 stars! It would be 5 stars if the playgrounds were up and running yet....
