My wife and I have purchased and new home two years ago and we are very happy to call it our home. The design appointment was the hardest part but with the help of the designers they were able to simplify the process. Our home was delivered on time and as expected. Thank you so much!

We have recently moved into our new townhouse in Azure West. Our experience with the Marz team has been nothing but perfect. Each person we have dealt with has been very friendly, professional, and very, very accommodating to our needs and requests. We can’t say enough about each and everyone of them. We were extremely impressed with Maria Bone in the decor centre. She was extremely patient and her knowledge of the products was top notch. If Maria didn’t know, she was on top of things and found out the information for us. We were able to have three appointments with Maria and by the end of the process we were so satisfied. Maria is very kind, knowledgeable and professional. Maria made the experience of picking our finishes enjoyable and made us feel very comfortable and important. She is easily accessible as well and if I needed a small request she was always able to accommodate our requests. What a wonderful person she is. We had the pleasure of meeting Carlos before he retired and he was very approachable and helped us out as well. John the new site supervisor has been nothing but great to work with and so easy to talk to. When we had a request he would accommodate us with no problem. When we did our framing walk-thru he was very knowledgeable and found some things in our home that needed attention before we even noticed and made sure it was done! After we moved in John was around and if we needed attention to something in our home he was there to help. Always friendly and approachable. He is a wonderful young man!! We received a call from Maria about our paint selection. Joe, the painter was with her as well and he was so helpful in explaining the problem with our colour selection. He even had us meet him at the paint store and then proceeded to have us go to the decor centre to look at the paint chips with our cabinets. Unbelievable!!!! He made us feel that our home was just as important to him as it was to us. Joe was very professional and knowledgeable. We also had the pleasure of meeting Tony the electrician. We paid for the electrical walk-thru and we were very satisfied with that experience mainly due to Tony. He was very helpful in helping us achieve the right amount of pot lights inside our home and outside as well. Again another Marz team member that was very accommodating and knowledgeable. We also want to express our thanks to Kate Ireland for her clear emails, even though they were about our delays. She was professional and helpful in making our appointments. After we moved in Kate was always ready to answer questions. Any request we made about our PDI or Tarion 30 day she was on top of it and appointments were made and forwarded to us. Kate always knew who to contact to fulfill our requests. We also had the pleasure of working with Jordan. He was so very helpful. His workmanship is excellent. A Jack of all trades!! Again another Marz team member who was friendly and very accommodating. Jordan spent the time to inform us on the things we needed to take care of in our home. And also said that if we needed help to give him a call and he would be there to assist. All our requests were completed in a timely manner. What a pleasant young man!!!! There may have been a few others that we met from the Marz team but we may not have gotten their names etc. Every trade that we had any involvement with was as pleasant and helpful as the next. Everyone was so accommodating and everyone seemed to make us feel that our home was as important to them as it was to us. We have had an amazing experience with Marz homes and the entire team that we have had to deal with. We would and will recommend purchasing a Marz home to anyone that may be in the process of buying a new home. Kudos to Marz and the team you have put together!!! Sincerely, Ken and Lola Ross

Over charge

Every crew that showed up to the house was very respectful of the house and the job they were performing. Bradford Remodeling & Construction was always there managing the activities and I never felt insecure about having other people a day for the entire period working around the house with my property still onsite. I recommend Bradford Remodeling & Construction, they do an excellent job in remodeling houses.

Tony and his team at Alair Homes (Bradford) offer great, friendly service. Prior to the start of your renovation project, they'll meet with you to review your plans in detail. Alair continues to maintain contact throughout the renovation project with regular email updates of tasks planned and/or completed. At any point in time, if you ever have a question and/or concern, the response rate of the team is quite rapid, making you/your project feel as if you really are a priority. As an added bonus, we finished on time and on budget! Thank you Tony & team!

It's unfortunate that these builders can get away with the things they do. You would think that the Tarion Warranty would protect the homeowners, but it seems that it protects the builder more than the homeowner. Like many of the other reviewers and neighbors on my street, none are satisfied with their home care customer service. Once the builders has your money; good luck on getting the MANY unfinished items completed in your home. We are 5 months in our home, and we are still waiting on many items to be completed without an expected completion date. Their home care customer service team does not answer promptly, return phone calls, give dates of when to expect items to be finished or even started. Save yourself the headache and avoid buying from them. They are a disorganized company who's only interest is to take your money and leave you with partially built homes.
