DO NOT BUY THEIR HOMES. IF YOU THINK YOUR GETTING A DEAL WALK AWAY. DON'T SECOND GUESS YOURSELF BECAUSE ONCE YOU BUY THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS BUILDER. THEY WILL NOT EVEN TRY. I give everyone a fair review and i'm unbiased. If this makes 10 people walk away i have done my job. If you can not provide basic customer service how can you be building homes? I'm so confused how these guys think its okay to not learn from their mistakes or even pay for them. I am so glad that reviews are what the entire world goes off of these days and i hope this hurts them financially as much as we were hurt when we received our bill to replace a blower motor for our Furnace and now most likely to replace our AC in the summer! GOD I HATE THIS COMPANY EVEN MORE READING WHAT I WRITE! I'm annoyed i purchased this home because it was Cachet Built. We thoughts they built great homes. They probably did at one point but this home we live in is a Piece of Junk. will definitely not be giving them our money in this lifetime and will be sure to spread the word about this company on all social media avenues. This is one company that will never help you out when you need them after they have built your home. These companies have no business being in construction. I am surprised they fly under the radar. They have the worst customer service and i will be filing a lawsuit against them and another company they worked with to install our AC and Furnace. Problem: Installed an AC and Furnace from a company E-M Air Systems Inc. This company failed to charge up the AC to the correct amount of refrigerant. This led to build up of ice and frost on the AC lines which dripped or drained into my furnace's motor and control board and now to have it replaced it cost me $500+HST. RESOLUTION: (NONE!) Cachet homes did not even have the audacity to call me to figure out a solution and understand the problem that it is 8 degrees Celsius at night and making it worse we have a 3 month old baby. We struggled in the summer with our AC and now struggling with our furnace. So obviously i shelled out the money because i do not want my baby girl to be uncomfortable or get sick. Martina from Cachet homes could not even pick up the phone to call me to explain someone is looking into this problem and we are going on 2 months on this Heating and Cooling Issue. Seriously 2 months to hear back from your team? We have yet to hear back from your roofers who did such a horrible job on the porch that it is now leaking water into our porch instead of away from it. FINAL THOUGHTS: Only way is to meet them in court to get a resolution....

This review has been years in the making but it hasn't gotten any better. Dealing with their customer service rep Gail Ward was just the beginning of their horrible customer service. She had no idea what she was talking about and when she was questioned by someone who actually knew the construction business, she became rude and defensive. Our home was delayed by 4 months (not a huge deal). We checked it out in the spring and it was far from being completed but somehow, they slapped it all together in a horrible rush job. We moved in and that's when we began to complete our warranty forms with outstanding items. We have items from 2 years ago that have never been resolved! The most important one being the grading along our house. Water has been draining towards our foundation for 2 years!! They never fixed the issue and now I'm getting the run around from Tarion as well. Basically it has become our problem and Country Green has stopped responding to all our attempts to reach out. Talk about customer service! My recommendation to anyone looking at homes with Country Green: PICK ANOTHER BUILDER. Preferably someone reputable who treats you with respect. A home is a significant purchase in life and you should be getting the very best care both in the customer service area and in the quality of home they are providing. Shame on Country Green

Website needs to be updated. Not only are they sold out of semis, but their lots are not starting at the mid 300s anymore and after driving all the way to uxbridge to inquire about their semis, their sales office wasn't open as indicated on their website.
