Home Builder

The quality and craftsmanship is second to none! Thank you Scott and Michelle for your incredible work! Love every detail of our new home!

Built a house in Langdale with Pacesetter and lovin it.

We have used Nostos Restorations for numerous roofing and eavestrough jobs at different houses. They are our "go to" Reno guys. They are always professional, do quality work, and at a price that cannot be beat! Five stars hands down.

Beautiful home

Quartz counter failed almost killed baby The company "Klair Custom Homes" who built our family home 5years ago does not care that they almost killed our 11-month-old baby. A 100+lb quartz counter broke away falling 3.5ft just missing our baby crawling on the ground damaging the hardwood floor. We are so lucky that it did not hit our child, or pet as I am sure this would be a different story today. Upon investigation of the failure, it was obvious that Klair the house builder did not install the countertop properly (see photos). Klair the builder had attached the counter with two brackets only secured by only 2 finishing nails, and a little silicone which is not a structural adhesive. The builder Klair Homes notified me today that the home they built was now 5 years old and they are no longer responsible and basically told me to go pound sand, that there was nothing they would do to fix the problem. Once again I was stuck fixing the deficiencies of the house builder Klair Homes.

Good beautiful homes good customer service and handy staff with good knowledge of construction .

Prepped the garage floor for concrete. It was late afternoon so never had a chance to check out the rest of the house. But I'm sure the quality of the building is great like most I have checked out
