It pains me to write a bad review of Stepper as their warranty service for inside the property has been first class, however, management of the landscaping is a completely different story. When we bought our house in May we were told that sod would be laid on a 'seasonal basis'. When we received the grading cert early summer the top soil was laid. We expected sod to be laid pretty soon after. The weeks passed, weeds grew in the new soil, every time it rained the soil washed out on the street, construction garbage frequently blew into our yard. Completely unusable for kids. Repeated queries as to when the sod would be laid fell on deaf ears. Fast forward to October and a broken tree was planted, the topsoil all ripped up and left in a mess during the process and still no sod... There is no excuse for this, every Genesis built house opposite ours had sod laid mid summer. I would not recommend buying a Stepper home in Bayview.

My clients and I worked diligently with Matt MacKinnon of Brookfield Homes in Airdrie. He acquitted himself extraordinarily well and showed what a great experience is when working with a house builder. Everything was well explained and presented in a timely manner with a spirit of true cooperation. As a Realtor for over 13 years I have had many different experiences with builders. This was an excellent one. I would have no hesitation in bringing more clients to purchase Brookfield built homes here in Airdrie.

Excellent staff, super helpful! Great build quality with triple glazing as standard!!! The floor plans are 2nd to none. Trendy & practical finishes, stylish elevations. Searched a long time for our builder. Excel were a breath of fresh air!

I like the Sales Centre opening hours, of 6PM on Weekends as opposed to the usual 5PM at other places.

Rob and Shane where great was a good building process. They where able to make sure to have our home ready on our time frame. Highly recommend building with Broadview!

Fresh designs to homes, Great service. Any issue I've had has been dealt with in a reasonable fashion. Couldn't be happier
