Beautiful estate

Beautiful homes.

We moved in at the beginning of October and are extremely happy that we chose Brookfield. We love the quality of the materials used, from the 75-gallon hot water tank and the fire suppression system, to the triple pane glass and the high-efficiency furnace. We are really impressed with the quality of the cabinets and other aesthetics, and I could go on and on. Finally, Cory and Shelley have been very responsive to our requests and the few deficiencies we've found were fixed very quickly. We received what we paid for and a whole lot more than that. Beautifully built, and for the price, I don't know where else we could have gotten quality on this scale.

I completely agree with Parminder. Please do you research before investing your money in any Mattamy project.

Love the Rowan II

They did a good job coming up plan to meet my requirements. I ended up not moving forward with the deal for other reasons but staff was very helpful.

Recently I bought brand new home from Trico,I was so happy with quality.Good builder ,Justin and Ali were very professional, knowledgeable good salesperson.in construction area Bill and Jim Cornell were excellent . Thank you!

Nice community however not 100 percent connected yet . Very few transit routes and kind of in the outskirts on city

Can't say enough good things about the Staff at Morrison Homes. They were the consummate professionals, listened to our concerns, and had very helpful and knowledgeable suggestions. Would recommend them to anyone!
