Friendly neighbourhood with mainly young families. Phase1 is nearly complete and phase 2 is now open. There is a park in the centre of the neighbourhood. It's a large green space. Everyone is super friendly. It's a small community feel and only 15 mins north of Masonville. Prices are a lot cheaper too for new builds.

Such a professional group of people! They take care of you every step of the way. From calling in to ask questions (Aleks) to questions I had about some custom changes (Max)....they make sure you're taken care of.

Horrible builder to work around. The fat foreman is rude and obnoxious. Came in to a work site yelling at other workers and abusing the customer. Almost ran my workers over with a bobcat. Would rate 0 stars.
