Built a house with them 2 years ago. Pipes in the mudroom froze in the winter, they cracked a tile to add more insulation, tile still has not been fixed. Nail pops have not been fixed. During heavy rain, water comes through the frame of the formal dining room window. Fan in mudroom is abnormally loud, electrician came to take a look, forgot his ladder and never came back. When we started the building process, they never bothered to ask how we lived and try to design a home more suited to our needs. Carmine is just a sales guy, once you sign on the dotted line, you'll never see him again. He is never on the job site like some of the other builders. I sent them an email more than 2 months ago about all these issues, they said they would get to it, haven't heard a peep. If you are looking to build, I see Mike Harasym on his job sites almost daily.

The man is genius that's 2hat comes to mind when you see his model homes, but what you see is not what you get which is what you discover once your home is built he will scrape the bottom of the bucket as far as contractors to build your home and when you call Doug wastell and leave a message he will never once return your call that is why he has his lackey Vince to respond to you Vince is an ex manager of the keg restaurant whis is irrelevant to warranty issues on a poorly built home !
