My wife and i used Alair Homes Grey Bruce to build our new home this past year. Their unique building process let us have input at every step of the build and everything was very transparent. Working with Dylan and Ben was unbelievable, they answered all our questions (we both had a lot) made suggestions and gave us their honest opinion when we asked for it. I have nothing but great things to say about Alair homes Grey Bruce and would recommend them for anyone wanting to build a house where you can have input and watch your house be built at every step. Our house finished two weeks ahead of schedule and on budget which is a testament to our contractor.
