Peter built us a beautiful, quality home. His advice was excellent and he always has artistic and creative solutions for problems. HIs crew is skilled, friendly, helpful, warm, and they kept the site immaculate. It was a pleasure, from start to finish, to work with Peter and his staff.

Buyer beware. Please do your due diligence when buying direct from Greystone as there are many extra charges that are not included in the original price. Dealing with the developer is not only difficult but extremely tiresome and undiplomatic at times. Overall the build seems good but I am giving one star for some of the most disrespectful customer relations I have encountered. Good luck ;)

We just want to thank the maleno's for an incredibly built home. Our family finally has a place that we will be comfortable in. The attention to detail and respect put into it surpasses every other new construction home we have seen. Between Jared, dominic, and natalie our experience has been better than we ever thought it could be. Personal touches were taken care of without any hesitation. Thanks so much for building a home that we can create memories that truly last a lifetime.
