From the beginning of our journey in seeking care for Mom, Advanced Nursing and Home Suppoet was fantastic. Their responsiveness, professionalism, genuine warmth and understanding of the complexity of the emotions and circumstances made what is a difficult situation at best less stressful. The nursing staff, led by Gracie, was knowledgeable, kind and caring and formed real partnerships with me in problem solving the challenges that arose. Amin was relentless in finding just the right caregivers for Mom and we ended up with the best two we have had in 4 years including another agency. He always made sure my requests were a priority and I was confident that they would always find a solution no matter what new challenges popped up. ce lieu ne semble pas conforme (il ny a pas de sprinkles dans les couloirs et dans les logements aux 2e les couloirs pas assez large ca sens la cigarettes pas d échangeur d air pas de personnels les fins de semaines l assensseur n est pas conforme les personnes a mobilité réduite doivent demeurer aux 1er)
