Worst experience ever. Some of the nurses and the team leader of trenton is so rude and they limited me on supplies for my picc line causing it to plug because they said not to flush every day yet if I didn't the pump would beep off and I'd have to go to emerge wait for 2-4 hours for them to unclog it. You should never mess around with a picc line that goes to your main arterie...

Hi it's nice Retired home it's nice clean it's like home.

Very clean place to live . I visit my friends mother. She is very happy in her new home , quite an adjustment leaving her home n husband . She receives weekly visits from friends & family. The staff are all friendly and take their jobs seriously. Having everyone interact at meals, Crafts and Games are done during the day & Baking on wkends with the help of staff of course. Hair salon is available on-site also. The staff treat you like family here, very nice place I think .

If there was ever a retirement home for me it would be the golden pond....the owners lore and Ralph run things the way a residence should. In a family atmosphere...nestled in an outdoor wilderness setting makes it a desirable sought after spot. Food...family...activities and love...its all found here.

Very relaxing lovely garden

I have had home care across agencies for almost 20 years and this is the best agency I've ever had. I love my worker, who has been with me for several years. With one exception, the temporary workers who have come (when she is away or ill) have been great. They treat me like a person and don't try to second guess my dis/Abilities. They give me quality of life with none of the stress I had with other agencies and don't hold my good days against me. I can't recommend them highly enough. Peace.

As a Retirement facility owner I have seen firsthand what a valuable asset Castle Keep is to our community! The services offered are endless. I have met the President/Owner Graham Bashford on many occasions and have found him very trustworthy and have never seen him not follow through on a commitment.
