Unfortunately,my experience has been a bitter one.The office and the owner are very rude.They take your money and send young just graduated nurses or PSWs who have little or no experience .On requesting an experienced nurse,they send us one from Simcoe Lake who had no interested in taking care of patient .Overall an disappointing experience.I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Very caring and compassionate nurses

Our mom has lived in long term care for almost four years - we are very thankful that she is at Mount Hope. There is a strong, authentic and very loving commitment to the residents here by front-line and supporting team members. There is a generosity and a kindness - a resident focus, a loving and respectful attitude which is a wonderful thing to witness. Long Term Care (like any long-term relationship or commitment) is not an easy road to walk - it involves tough choices and conflicting priorities. Our family, on behalf of our mom, is very grateful for the commitment which St Josephs Healthcare demonstrates so clearly - in large and small ways - to the Mount Hope Centre for Long Term Care.

They have the best staff in Huntsville. Very polite and very attentive to the people whom are forced by circumstances to be there.

I have been at Traditions for six years. When I was first there it lived up to what was expected.. People in the town talked about how great the food was. Now people remark on what they are hearing. That the food is less than satisfactory. I really feel badly when people remark about how Traditions has gone down hill so badly. The staff are, in my opinion, over worked and trying to stay pleasant. The G M is working hard to get things back in line but it is a big undertaking. I have been in hospital for almost a month and I have to say that the food is better than Traditions. It is always HOT and the servings look good. Traditions is my home and I wish I could be proud to say so again

The ham and brie is to die for

I've lived at Rogers Cove for a year now. It was tough to leave my family home and all of it's memories, but it had to be done. I looked at four retirement homes; the Cove was clearly the choice for me, particularly because of the usable outdoor space, the "boardwalk" verandas, the pleasant people and wonderful staff. Knowing it now as I do, I'm sure I'm in the best place for me.

I would love to share with you my experience yesterday May23/18. When my husband and I walked into the foyer of Kentwood Park Mom (Lorna Whitman ) was all smiles. She had recognized us, but pretended she didn't see us. It was the first time since she has been at Kentwood Park. I was in tears. Mom is so happy there. I promised her I wouldn't put her in a nursing home but my views have changed. The Staff are amazing. They are so caring and compassionate. The atmosphere is so relaxing and unregimented like the newer nursing homes. Mom is well fed, clean, entertained, and the staff make us feel most welcome. They listen to our concerns about our mother and are willing to get the extra help to make her happy. Although it is a little distance from Trenton, I feel that she is most happy there , and we feel the confidence to keep her there. Love to all. Bonnie Thompson
