Hotel/Motel

The owners are nice people , basic motel for 65$.

Didn't go to motel room but I did look at the beautiful metal work they have in front and I must say I'm impressed with the work

Clean, quiet and welcoming.

This is a most beautiful venue to host an event or stay as a guest. Artwork is bright colorful local Native offerings..beautiful view of the North Channel...friendly catering staff. Front end staff could be upgraded on their Customer Service😊

Nice view

Owners are very lovely

Went there to meet up with friends, did not stay overnight. The motel shows signs of age, but is convenient to downtown area, walking distance. The rooms could use some updating as well but were clean.

Room are clean but a little bit old. Great for the price. Excellent service, owner is very nice.

Decent place pretty cheap lots of hookers

Nice little place to stay

The rooms dated but super clean , the folks there very accommodating and nice . Quite so you can sleep and 500 feet to Lake St Clair .awesome price . Would highly recommend staying . I will be returning there.

Cozy,

I give this 5 stars as it more than fulfills it's mandate of providing clean and pleasant overnight accommodation. My wife and I started using non branded motels like this when we were so remote that there were no Chain hotels and have not gone back to them since. My wife and I agree the Sun Parlor is the very nicest of the motels we have stayed at in the past year. I think you are able to see photos of other ones we have stayed at.

Our stay was pleasant and the room was very nice and clean! Thanks for everything!

The room is big and very clean, has a mini fridge and microwave, big tv and a small table with 2 chairs... The bed is very comfortable too 😉. Great location aswell, I'd diffenitly come back

Only came here for drinks super impressed with everything. Will come back! Updated June 30th Went back excellent service and drinks. Good live music.

you get what you pay for!
