Very nice hotel and the concierge was very helpful, even lent me an umbrella when I lost mine and it was pouring out. Also breakfast available early (at 5am) was very nice as I had to head out at 6am.

Very modern and clean hotel perfectly situated near restaurants and shopping malls.

We stayed here one night on our way back up to Alaska this summer. We arrived late after driving all day and had two dogs with us. The man at the counter was super helpful and friendly. He even gave us treats, waste pickup bags, and a toy for our dogs. Breakfast in the morning was great, checkout was a breeze, and the pool has a water slide! My husband and I both agreed we would stay here again any time!

Clean, modern place with a nice gym and easy access breakfast. Little pricey, but that's FSJ for ya!

I reserved a 3bd cabin for my 2 daughters and a friend of the girls for 2 nights.it was a girls get together for my youngest daughters 30th bday.we had a great time.we had Mexican meals in the saloon for the first night which was excellent and had great service as well.the 2nd night we ate in the lodge restaurant. I had the steak dinner which was very good and the girls had Japanese which they enjoyed as well.we had breakfast two mornings which was included in our stay.had massages in the spa on the first day and horse back riding on the second.our guide was awesome on the ride.we are planning on doing this again next year but will stay longer.this resort was great.it has charm, warmth and everything you need for a get away.the staff were Freindly and helpful.great value here.

Friendly staff and decent breakfast included. Shuttle service to airport was unavailable, but the front desk was quick to provide a taxi chit, which was offered with alacrity. Now the down side. I read a number of negative reviews regarding the premises itself, but was hoping they were exaggerated. They are accurate. The comfortable and pleasant lobby belies the state of the rest of the building and rooms. Mine (601) had large cracks completely across and down the entire window. It had been taped up with packing tape and a note of apology. Besides being a possible safety issue, the wind outside kept up a constant whistle through this cobbled together repair. Other signs of excessive wear and damage were evident. The hallway was dirty and hadn't been vacuumed in days. Fortunately, the towels and linens were clean and I was too tired to move after a 14 hour day. I stayed only 1 night. Good staff doesn't make up for a building in need of some major renos. I got the impression that ownership is milking this hotel for all it's worth. If that continues, word eventually gets around enough to prompt changes, or they just decide to leave it as is and rent rooms "by the hour". Would not go back.

Good service, nice rooms

Fabulous place to stay - comparable (if not better) than many hotels I've paid $350/ night for. Wonderful modern renovated rooms with comfortable beds, fresh and clean bedding, soft towels and all the in-room amenities you would want. The owners are friendly and very accommodating to their guests needs. Would stay here again without question and will definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We have no complaints. The price was somehow high, but they made up with clean and spacious, luxurious rooms, up to date, everything was perfect. Breakfast included, the Internet was fast, we couldn't open the TV, but we did not need it. Anyway, we recommend this motel to anyone. Thank you.

Cheap clean old cash

Spacious and clean room. Friendly staff, above averge continental breakfast with plenty of fresh fruit that doesnt look like its been stepped on like other hotels. Free airport shuttle, Netflix capable wifi, need i say more?

Beds were comfortable, restaurant food was tasty. You get coupons for the restaurant and casino if you are staying at the hotel. I had a rm on the second floor facing the exhaust so I don't recommend.
