Service was ok French Fries tasted like fish old school decor down to the ash trays mounted to the wall between the urinals.

Good place to stop on the way. Friendly staff.

water pressure is bad there. And prices are high for rooms, but not sure what owner is there now

Very clean rooms, friendly staff, great parking, parking has your room number and right infront of your door, walkable distance to restaurants, groceries and downtown Hope. Good prices. Quiet. Will stay again!

Asked for clean pillow cases. Woman was very rude and stated it was the oddest request she ever had. Shower would not shut off and toilet seat broken. Black mold starting to appear in shower ceiling. Face cloth had a 1 inch fraid hole and the other while clean had stains giving it a dirty appearance. Room appeared to be clean but run down and repairs/maintanace was done by amatures. Very poor workmanship. Spend and extra $25. and stay elsewhere or for same price like the Windsor. Very clean and friendly staff/owners there.

Friendly customer service and a clean environment. It is also the safest-looking hotel around the area. The fan is a bit old and squeaks a little.

Best place in town if you ask me. Affordable, clean. Perfectly located for easy walking access to all amenities. And the owners are so polite, kind and sweet. I will definetly use this place again when I'm back in town. Picture is the view from room 24.
