Nicely appointed rooms. Very friendly staff. Informal atmosphere. Big shower.

Very good quality stay. We came to BC for the Richmond Night Market. which is ~ 40 min drive away. Easy access. In the morning we went out to Vancouver. We took the Fraser bridge. It was pretty straight forward. The only complaint I have is the toilet flushed very loud and the bed seems small. It was the size of a FULL bed, rather than a QUEEN bed. I would come back again.

2.5 STAR. The Good.. Cheap rates, Great location a pub and liquor store on site. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Close to HWY 1. The Bad.. Last check in @22:30 and earliest check out 7:30. Rooms dated, pool has limited time 7:30-20:00. No microwave or coffe maker in room only a fridge. Air conditioners are dated takes a while to cool room. Tube tvs still.

Amenities were well taken care of and very clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would recommend to all friends and family.

Very convenient location right off the highway, much more reasonable rates than Vancouver and Burnaby. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean updated rooms, and pet friendly!

Exceptionally clean and classy facility. Second to almost none as far as non-5-star hotels are concerned. Location is very good as metro Vancouver and the coast are easily accessible from there.

Our stay was perfect. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and food was great. I would easily return here when I am back in the area.

I normally stay at Hilton hotels when I travel for work but they were all booked up this week so I stayed at this Days Inn instead. I was pleasantly surprised - the room was clean, bathroom was nice, breakfast was fine. But the staff was outstanding. First of all, I somehow accidentally booked two rooms when I only needed one. Instead of getting mad at me when I checked in the front desk staff simply cancelled my extra room and left me with the better room at the better rate. Then, I found out they only have down-type pillows in the rooms. Not sure why but I always wake up with a headache when I sleep on this type of pillow. I thought I’d be okay for a week but I woke up the second day with a horrible migraine. I went to the front desk and asked if they had any other pillows. The very nice guy at the front looked through storage and found me two normal, cotton-type pillows. Yay!!!! He could have just said that they didn’t have any but he went the extra mile to search them out for me. I woke up the next day feeling great. Finally, when I checked out, I saw that some information that my work requires to show on the receipt (for me to get reimbursed) was not there. The same front desk guy (sorry I didn’t get your name!) had no problems adding the info to the receipt for me and printing a new copy. Overall good rooms but great staff. Thanks again!

It looks a little run down on the outside, but the inside is quite nice and charming. The staff are super friendly, and they have a lounge and restaurant attached. The room was clean and comfortable. Most importantly they had air conditioning!

It was a great visit! The room was nice and the room service was great.

We checked into this place and regret it. We chose this place to save us money, but $665 a week is too much for this dive. It is bug infested. I saw several cockroaches in our room. There is no room service or maid service at all. We are expected to clean the room before we check out and if not they keep our deposit. I shudder at the thought that this place was not sanitized or cleaned properly by the previous occupant. That explains all the grime on the dishes provided. We have a grill to cook on and a microwave but half the electrical outlets leak. I suspect there is mold in the walls. Most of the air conditioners are leaking liquid profusely through the floor and into the walls. Both my spouse and I got a flu after a few days of staying here. The room was so hot I could not stand it and the other occupants are mainly welfare recipients with lots of people trying to bum things and there is so much yelling and fighting going on, especially by the owner yelling at her guests.

Great place to stay checked in at 10pm and the woman at the counter was really nice and friendly, they had free complimentary WI-FI and they also have smoking and non smoking rooms. Apparently they are doing upgrades to some of the long term suites, haven't seen them yet.

I always stay here when I'm in the area. Great hotel with great service. Many restaurants nearby and The Fox and Fiddle restaurant is attached and offers really good food and value. Will continue to come back next time I am in Vancouver!

Nice hotel. calm and peaceful. clean rooms. well equipped. nice crew. pool. breakfast is not that much good.

Poco In and suites was a great fit for us. It was the closest hotel to the venue we were getting married at. They allowed us to park are car there early as well as check in early.

Nice bar with nice people and great music. Can also smoke on the patio
